Legoland Red, White & Boom!

Red, White & BOOM! is LEGOLAND California's star-spangled 4th of July celebration. This event is included with tickets and elite and platinum passes and features a variety of fun activities for the whole family, including dance parties, lawn activities, scavenger hunt, and fireworks!

Chula Vista 4th Fest

A spectacular free July 4th fireworks display set to a custom soundtrack heard only

on Magic 92.5.

July 4th Celebration

Coronado has a full line-up of events happening on the 4th of July, including

the Independence Day parade, Navy Leap Frogs aerial demonstration, concerts, aerial demonstration, and fireworks.

SAN DIEGO

Big Bay Boom

The Big Bay Boom fireworks show is displayed from four barges on San Diego Bay. Bring your lawn chairs, friends, and boats and watch from Shelter Island, Harbor Island, North Embarcadero, Marina District, Coronado Ferry Landing, or on the water from your boat.

DEL MAR

San Diego County Fair 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular

July 4th is the best day of the San Diego County Fair. Enjoy the fireworks at the fairgrounds. Reservations in Grandstand area recommended, and includes same-day fair admission, but of course, you can still enjoy the fireworks elsewhere at the fair.

EL CAJON

July 4th Fireworks

The City of El Cajon is holding a free 4th of July event for the community. Free activities include train rides, arts & crafts, family games, two live bands, and a fireworks display.

The 4th of July Celebration is held annually on our beachfront and Portwood Pier Plaza.

SAN MARCOS

Fireworks Extravaganza

San Marcos hosts one of the most spirited 4th of July celebrations in North County. This year's festivities include carnival games, jumpers, food sales, and fireworks. Bring a beach chair or blanket.

Santee Salutes

JULIAN

4th of July Parade & Festival

The day will include a parade on Main Street, pie-eating contests, musical performances, and Western reenactments. Roads leading into Julian will be closed at 9 am to accommodate the parade.

MIRA MESA

Fireworks & Community Picnic

There will be a community picnic from 4 pm to 9:30 pm at Hourglass Field Community Park leading up to the fireworks. There will be food trucks including birria tacos, pulled pork sliders, lumpia, boba tea, coffee, smoothies, and flavored shaved ice. There will be a car show in the parking lot on the north side of the field starting at 4 pm.

Fireworks Display

The Oceanside Parks & Recreation team will have crafts and fun lawn games set up while we wait for the fireworks display at 9 pm Picnicking is encouraged when gates open at 4 pm and food trucks will be on site.

SeaWorld 4th of July Celebration

In honor of Independence Day, you can get in the patriotic spirit when you witness a dazzling fireworks display-free with admission to SeaWorld! This stunning mix of pyrotechnics, set to a triumphant musical score, is ready to illuminate SeaWorld's skyline and captivate you with spectacular flames, sparks, and surprises.

Happy 4th of July to all. Summer has certainly seen a flurry of activity in the real estate world and many more homes on the market. We have seen multiple offer scenarios happening as well. This tells us buyers are buying and sellers are wheeling and dealing. Do you feel more homes on the market helps buyers or sellers more?

We've seen a nice dip in rates and it's heated our market up. Rates have been fluctuating in mid 6s and we can even get in 5s with some buydown. We are also working with buyers a few months ahead of time to clean up and increase credit scores, which is huge for buyers in this market. As we head into this holiday weekend, I want everyone to think about all the First Responders working on the holiday when you are partying and enjoying the day. First Responders give up the fun days so you can enjoy them. Make their day better by being safe. Please don't drink and drive. Please enjoy fireworks but don't let them off on your own. Please stay off roads as much as possible. Celebrate the beautiful freedoms we have as a country and all the people who are sacrificing so we can enjoy our day.
